When Did You Start Coaching / Consulting
I first started coaching businesses in 2016 when a locksmith asked to borrow one of my courses I had written based on everything I had learned after I went bust. He then asked me to explain a few concepts he didn’t fully understand, which I did. He was my first unofficial client.
Since then I have been sharpening my tools, helping many other SME’s for free, many of which have gone on to prosper apart from one, where the owner dies (but at least after our sessions he had the correct protocols in place to ensure, in that event, things were tied up properly.)
Did You Use AI To Get Your Qualifications?

In 2010, I went bust and was £48,000 in debt. But I vowed to continue. To ensure it never happened again I became obsessed with studying all things business. I studied business for 2-3 hours every single day, on holidays, on weekends, and even on honeymoon.
Between 2015 and 2020, I wrote my own comprehensive business courses just to solidify my foundations. The qualifications you see on this page are not “digital shortcuts.” They are built on the foundations of those courses.
My Doctorate (L8): Took 7 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 9 months. I lived on paracetamol to dull the constant eye-strain headaches. There was no AI to do the work.
My 5x Master’s (L7): Were earned over 4 years; there was no screen to hide behind and no bot to prompt.
My ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Qualification: This globally recognised certification involved a 2 hours exam, testing my knowledge of auditing procedures and protocols.
Why This Matters To You
AI can summarize a book, but it hasn’t felt the “depths of despair” of a failing balance sheet.
It can calculate a ratio, but it cannot audit your culture or understand the “human risk” in your boardroom.
